Use of the Website by Minors

All subscribers/purchasers must be eighteen years old or older or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

The Intellectual Property of the Violet Tourbillion website including the contents, logo and other visual media is the sole property of the author/owner and is protected by copyright laws.

Termination of access to the Violet Tourbillion website and mobile app can be terminated in cases of abuses or at the owner/author's sole discretion.

Governing Law, Australian Law, will be sought on every agreement within operating this website and mobile app.
